This company is really solid and reliable. Their website is super user-friendly with a nice layout and plenty of options. The staff are quite friendly too. I’d surely shop here again. Maybe they could improve a bit on keeping me in the loop with tracking updates. But overall, fantastic company. Now, about the scooter—I'd totally recommend it. It exceeded my expectations! The speed is impressive, and it feels like a sturdy ride. It’s got some great features. You definitely won’t regret this purchase.

I placed an order for an e-bike late on the night of the 15th and got an immediate reply through WhatsApp. By Friday the 16th, the status showed it was dispatched via Yodel 48. Considering the weekend and the Bank Holiday, I was told to expect delivery between the 20th and 22nd—everything seemed fine up to that point! However, by the end of the business day on the 22nd, it still hadn’t shown up. After reaching out to the seller, I was informed that it had only been dispatched and that there were issues with weight and dimensions due to the courier's changes! They said it would take another 2-3 days with a rather questionable courier. When I requested a refund, they denied it, claiming the parcel was already on its way! As someone who works in courier services, I understand all about weights and dimensions, and I know parcels can be held or returned at any point in transit! It feels like I’ve been fed one lie after another just to part me from my hard-earned money! Absolutely appalling.

UPDATE: It seems that leaving a negative review for this company might void any warranty (but hey, a positive review can get it reinstated!). Makes you think about how many of those glowing reviews are actually real and not just a result of some shady tactics!

TRIPLE CHECK: My Worst Shopping Experience. I feel like I’ve been totally scammed. Tried to leave a review on their website, but guess what? You can’t post a negative one. The item arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and it looked alright too. My buddy wanted one, but he found it cheaper elsewhere, so we went ahead and ordered it. The scooter matched the pictures shown. However, the one I got has no branding or model markings at all, and it really struggles going uphill (just so you know, I weigh under 70kg, and the limit is supposedly around 150kg according to the description). I reached out to them to ask why I received a knockoff, and they told me it’s from the manufacturer and to check the reviews (which are all glowing on their site, funny that). I’d suggest steering clear of this place unless you have no other options. For some folks, £600 might not be a big deal, but for me, it is. Take care, everyone! Update: I’m not sure how to respond to you. First off, I was on vacation, and by the time my item arrived, it had been over a month. Secondly, your so-called “customers” leaving 5-star reviews? What a surprise! I couldn’t post my 1-star review because someone behind the scenes is trying to keep the site’s reputation intact. Clearly, I’m not the only one feeling this way!

I really dig this bike! It helps me get to my job and back, covering 3 miles daily without much pedaling. The only time I actually pedal is when I hit some hills, but honestly, it's super easy. For the price, it's a great deal, and I’d totally buy it again!

The service was truly impressive, almost like next day delivery! It was super fast. There was a little issue with the bike when it got here, but they sorted it out quickly by purchasing the parts for me and shipping them right away. I can't thank them enough.
